Anyone seen this befor? i have a 2015 with a spacer lift and after i put it all back together i have my traction control light that stays on. It has already been aligned. I asl have a low repeating hum nice that comes on about 35mph and goes away after 40 mph. i did order a diff drop kit but it isn't here yet

Just to expand on that - diff drops on a 2nd gen Tacoma can do more harm than good. The concept of a diff drop done right on other vehicles is sound. However, because of the way the diff is mounted on the 2nd gen Tacoma and the way diff drop spacers are installed it doesn't actually improve the CV angles much at all while it does screw up the pinion angle.

    This^

I think you have two separate issues.

Traction light might mean your VSC needs reset. How high did you lift?

See the first two answers to your original question. Don't do diff drops on a 2nd gen regardless of lift height.

Did you try putting the truck in 4wd? If it goes away in 4x4, then it's your driver side needle bearing in the front differential. I had the vibes for about 15K miles before doing the ECGS bushing and the bearing "looked" fine. I was concerned about damaging the axle, but my mech said the axle was smooth. The noise/ vibe is gone now.

This is why I said that I thought you had 2 separate issues. Recalibration solved the VSC issue, now you probably need the bushing to solve the 35 - 45 vibe issue. Read the thread below.
