How much do you think shipping would be for an extra insert to 85204?

Okay paint is done!! I used Duplicolor trim paint which turned out great. Don't use the Rustoleum matte black for stripping and grilles.

image.jpg image.jpg Just need to adhere emblem; which I am going to do it in a way that I can switch to the black if I want in the future.
Then to install with the SR/Pro smoked headlights I have.

Nice! I'm a big fan of the "retro" White Toyota emblem look. Where did you get the Toyota emblem?

From another FJ Cruiser member. This is not the white one that I was thinking about using, but is a silver FJ Cruiser one. I am selling the white one that I purchased from dealer.

Awesome. Why do you have the headlights masked (and under grill)? Just wondering if/how that's related to the grille install? I'm gonna swap for the pro grille soon.

I put tape on to prevent scratching paint and especially the headlights since they have to be manuvered tightly around sheetmetal.

I wouldn't have guessed headlights come out for a grille install. I've been looking for a thread with instructions. Seriously, love your work on this one. Best looking second gen grille I've ever seen!

They don't need to...as the OP stated he installed new headlights so he did both...

Hey OP....amazing work on the grill! Looks sick! One of the nicest grills I've seen yet!
