    I have a 1999 reg cab with a salavged title would my truck still be covered under the rusty frame recall. thanks Bob

    Nope, Toyota will not honor the frame recall if you have a salvaged title.

    A salvage title usually means the vehicle has been 'totalled' - and already been a part of an insurance claim.

    As soon as that vehicle (VIN #) is rendered totalled - it's off the radar and a dead VIN# (so to speak).
