I guess it could be. Not sure, I figured it would be the rack since I bounced and banged the truck around trails all weekend. What would be a good way to diagnose?

Finished up my satoshi finally after a week and a half, I can't decide what to put behind it for lighting though.
I was originally thinking 2 Hella 700ff's but my friend got a light bar for his subaru and I like how bright it is.

True, but it was harder than I had ever been on it, and your guys' trucks are a bit more trail hearty than mine. I bet it had something to do with the front wheels coming off the ground after that mud area  Not too big a deal, prolly gonna turn it into preventative maintenance and do ball joints at the same time, gotta get it back to 100% so I can break something else next time :D

I like the look of the round lights behind the grill. You can add 100watt bulbs or better yet hids to them and their MUCH brighter. I have 6 500s on my truck 4 with 55w hids and 2 with 100watt bulbs and their pretty good.

You over estimate most people's truck. 90% of it is just like yours. They are just fatter with skids/armor really.

Yeah, I probably do. Mine just seems very basic, ya know? Not super well adjusted suspension and a previous owner that had less than stellar maintenance habits. In time I hope to give it some more protection and change some of the problem parts. Speaking of problem parts, you're a fan of OEM ball joints over the MOOGs right?

What did you use for paint? I need to repaint mine, I bought it with grey powder coating. But I wanna repaint it to black and I need to paint the new hid tabs I had welded on since they are still raw.

Awesome, that's really cool to hear! I gotta build up my confidence with it I think, I'm getting there though and learned quite a bit over the weekend. :)

I'm not sure if it's the same Safari, but I do remember Pliny was not happy with his Safari rack.

Cool thanks. Any places I can pick it up locally? Or do I need to order it? And about how many cans did it take for that bumper? I wanna do the bumper and the front clip beneath the grill and headlights. So I figure I'd probably need an extra can. I need the paint my long travel kit as well since its still raw metal. Would you recommend using this paint as well? Or spring for a powder coat?
