    Nope the 05 wiring works fine with oem led tails but I'm not too sure about aftermarket ebay versions.

    Just got back from a quick nighter over little kachess lake with the Stig clan. It's one of my favorite hidden away spots in the area. I always lose some paint getting there, but it's worth it every time.

    Roger that! would be fun with a small group. Everybody has to be cool with getting some pinstripes, it's not terrible but there are some tight sections.

    Thanks man, it's hit or miss taking photos with the phone especially in low light situations. I'm surprised these came out.

    Yesterday I picked up another canopy, I know, I know... :crazy:

    New to the fleet I finally got my hands on a proper fitting black 100R. The carpet is torn up, the brake light wiring has been ripped out, no key for the locks, and it's scratched and dinged from being stored in a loft BUT, it fits better than the silver one and it was affordable. It's always a step forward in some ways and steps back in other ways but I feel I'm getting somewhere.

    The color matched 100XQ was nice looking but functionally it's a step down from the 100R. Not being able to open the side windows more than 2 inches isn't cool when you're sleeping in the back. Also feels safer in case the rear latch gets stuck I can exit through the sides. The side and rear glass look bigger on the 100XQ but odd enough it's all a ruse and mostly for looks. Also the full open position of the rear hatch on the 100XQ is so low that I hit my head into it when sitting on the tailgate... deal breaker.

    TLDR; My canopy saga timeline.
    Silver 100R - came with the truck, didn't fit right, meant for a regular cab.
    Blue 100XQ - impulse buy off CL, looks cool but lacks functionality.
    Black 100R - poor condition, needs lots of tlc. BUT, it's stout!

    Nice! You'll love the lights. They are awesome. You need to come down this way sometime. I'm gonna try to make it to the Northern Oregon meet later this month but I dunno if I'll be ready to travel, I'm replacing my OME stuff with Icons at the end of the month. ;)
