im trying to look for some headlights and taillights with a meduim tint just enough to see your brake lights and all nothing illegal. These pics are pretty much what I want but where is a good place to find these type of tinted headlights and taillights for my taco? Is it Better to buy online or in store? Thanks!

Tinting headlights/tail lights is illegal in a lot of places. Check your state laws to see if it is where you live. Tinting tail lights is dangerous, people might rear end you and sue you, etc. Head lights tinted give significantly decreased output (No joke), blah blah blah.

The BHLM (second picture) you posted a picture of is an easy mod and gives you the black look you might be looking for. There's a thread on here of how to do it.

Tail lights you have the option of using Nite-shade and doing it yourself or purchasing aftermarket tinted tail lights by the company Spyder for example.

BHLM for the fronts, rears are a pain, you have to cut your lights open. Best bet on rears would be aftermarket smoked ones IMO.

Just did my BHLM this weekend, in MGM, not black

I did a light tint on my non-LEDs. On the non-LEDs, it looks like the reverse and turn signal areas are pink... not very tough on a truck. I followed the DIY on here and did a few very light coats of VHT nite shades and then 10 light coats of clear. A lot of wet sanding throughout. They are more of a dark cherry now.

I made sure to do both tails and the third brake light at the same time for a consistent color.
Obviously a different angle and more sun, be here was a month prior stock

    Thanks!
I'm running the stock Dunlops that came on the steelies. I switched to TRD OR wheels (bedlinered) but kept the tires. 245s are decent for highway fuel economy.

They were 100 on eBay! There are a few sellers!
    Also brighter than stock LEDs.

100 on eBay? Not bad. And they haven't given you Amy problems ? They work perfect

You could get the smoked headlights that come on some trucks. My SR came with them and the TRD Pro does too. Not sure what else.

I'm interested in these. How is the quality? Any leak issues? I still have the stock led and don't like the chrome. It's the only chrome left on my truck and I want to ditch it.

I'm aware of that. Because as has been said a few times, smoked lenses are not dot approved.

I've had no problems and I've had them for about 5 months. Also never heard anything bad about Depo for any aftermarket lights. People think they are the closest to own quality for both tail and headlights.

Yeah I really don't like the chrome on the stock LEDs. I upgraded from non LEDs because everything on my truck is black. To me, next to the stock LED tails, these are somewhat brighter and I've had no issues with leaking or anything.
