Thank you TheRenegade and to all the likes. It took me about 5 hours. The hardest/longest part is taking the headlights off the Taco. I preheat the oven to 300*, turned it off, place a cardboard on top of the oven grill, then the headlights for 5-8 minutes, then pull apart.

Once it was done going together it was fairly organized, lots of cross-connecting between parts of the harness adapter unfortunately. Most of the mess was in the converter harness for the toyota stuff.

From doing some research, it seems like they "fixed" the relay method with this rev of the head unit and its's even more sensitive, the hacks for the 4000 and previous series w/ a relay don't work anymore. It's still functionally the same in the end, but it needs to send multiple pulses and it needs to have a delay, now. Extra annoying.

I'm tempted to order another bypass module and rip it apart and see what's going on inside, I'm virtually positive it's just a little 8bit micro at this point.

Almost at 60K - replaced engine & cabin air filters, lubed drive shaft, changed engine oil & filter, replaced front/rear diff & t-case fluids this weekend, all with Mobil 1 products.

Schedule is really tight these next couple of weeks so I'm having the dealership change out the plugs and do the tranny fluid flush for me for $300. Dealer's been great, so I'm ok with it.

Edited - And I adjusted/aligned my Hella Black Magic 500's. I didn't use the 25' from wall method. Instead I went to a large parking lot with freshly painted lines. I parked with center of truck aligned with long center parking line & perpendicular to the car spot lines. Made for easy lateral & vertical adjustments. I've adjusted them to be just higher than low beams, but just under high beams....right in the sweet spot so I can run them with either. Went on some dark rural roads and I can drive with just the Hellas. Don't plan on running them on road, but I haven't been flashed (high beam) yet when I did run them shortly down a busy street.

Yeah, still some more work to be done. There's quite a bit of space around the body of the compressor. That Warn solenoid and wiring kinda make that open space invisible from the pic angle. I def need to move that hose off the compressor before it's functional. I also plan to route the compressor intake up above that mess. Thanks for the heads up @Sandman614

Ordered a new shift knob. HATE that my OEM knob isn't actually tight unless it's off center, now I'm getting a round ball with no design so I can tighten it until my heart is content.
