My girlfriend is going to try camping for the first time this year. She kind of already hates it and we're still a month out.

I need the Four Seasons of accommodations.

 

Which is why I switched from RTT to the tipi. Hope it was a good swap because I loved my RTT.

 

You literally haul a tipi? How big is it? Can we make it into a TW sweat lodge?

 

I like you guys but I don't want to be stuck in a tipi smelling your sweat.

I was told today by my boss that we need to expect to work a lot of 7 day weeks and possibly nights this yr to catch up from all this rain we had. If it happens the build is going to slow down a lot.

I'm still waiting for it to show up!! Can't wait because when it does I'll run up to the foot hills some where close and spend a few days in it. I'll let you know when it shows up. Should be soon.

 

All the videos I've watched say it's not very long once you figure it out. It's only one pole so it can't be that bad.

We have arctic 10 man tents we use in the winter while in Alaska. We use them during our cold weather trainings in the winter. They sucks balls when setting them up at -20 degrees outside haha. Once you get enough body heat they stay warm. Then it sucks to get out in the morning and back that bitch up lol

 

Are these canvas tents?
