    :laugh: very true. we don't have a lot of crime here but what we do have is strange to say the least.

    you can have some of my rain....getting tired of the nightly showers. at least we avoided most of the really bad storm yesterday, it swung around town. i had Runner pulled up to the garage door, about 1" from the bumper to the door. figured that might protect the front from any hail damage :notsure:

    i don't know. i can't find the rental listing anywhere. been scouring CL and the newspaper daily for months and I've never seen the place listed. so either they already rented it and i missed it (maybe posted while I was gone camping) or they haven't listed it yet. maybe i should go talk to the other folks who live in that building...

    I got the backyard sectioned off, but it's raining so I can't work the ground proper to put down grass seed. I'll have to wait for a dry spell.

    Some of the bare spots are from where we had trees taken out. Others are from Loki staying here a week when it thawed a lot and he tore up large areas.
