Toyota USA doesn't sell parts to any people outside US

So sad, I wanted to to buy parts from trdparts4u.com for my 30000 miles maintenance but they just told they no longer sell to anyone outside US even if they ship to a friend of mine who is in LAX. I wanted to buy spark plugs so I bought here in my country, they are BOSCH http://www.oscaro.com/bougie-d-allumage-bosch-0-242-229-797-1910339-686-p

Here they are, it is recommended for Toyota land cruiser 4.0 VVTi 249hp, same engine as our taco. Do you think it is good as well as the denso?

 

Have you friend in LAX buy the parts and ship to him. Then have him ship them to you. How would they know?

 

In fact he is a stewart who stay at hotel when he is in LAX. So, he doesn't have a car and I must order online and ship my order at his hotel, but they will know if I use my credit card with my name. I don't understand why they do that now. I have ordered many parts from them before, like my TRD cover seats, pack of oil filter, air filter...

 

There are other online toyota retailers that will ship out of the states. Just search for oem toyota parts on google

 

I've had this issue myself with buying things from US stores with a non-US billing address. Call up your credit card company and have them add another address to your account, give the US retailer THAT address as the billing address, and they won't know the difference.

 

I've sometimes had luck in this situation if you use paypal when checking out but rather than doing your usual login there is an option something along the lines of "don't have a paypal account, use express checkout"... something like that you may need to clear your cookies. Anyhow I was able to do this a couple of times by doing an express checkout which allowed me to input the US address I wanted to use and then provide a credit card number to charge for the transaction.

 

I've never used trdparts4u but have used http://toyotapartsbarn.com/ several times with zero problems to Canada. My last purchase was about 4 months ago so maybe things have changed?

 

Also toyotaonlineparts.com still ships to Canada.
