If you want something down and dirty your best/cheapest best would be an FM transmitter. Decent to bad audio quality.

You could try this as well. Then just plug a RCA to 3.5mm (Headphone cable) into the box and the iPod in the other end.

So I'd probably be better off buying a new head unit don't you think? Any suggestions for touch screen decent one that won't break the bank?

Yes. Stock HU audio is crap.

Just remember JBL setups need a special harness which is around $50-100 depending on where you find it. You'll need a double din dash kit (I recommend Scosche)

Aux is in the back as well as USB port.



Any more money you spend is mostly for extra features. You can also get ones that have front facing USB/Aux if you want. I suggest Pioneer line of HU's.
