I'm really fired up to take my 10 year old twins to Monster Jam next weekend in Louisville. I used to go when I was younger without kids. It looks like alot has changed. The trucks look like cartoons instead of trucks.

My favorite was always Bigfoot. Just not gonna be the same without him there.:(

Name out your favorite monster truck.

They had a couple of those trucks out at my old work a few years back, it was cool being able to check them out up close and personal...I was tempted to climb up in 1 after hours, but never did .

well, Bob has kept everyhting going. It's just that all the trucks used to visit every show. Now there are so many, looks like you just get certain trucks at certain shows. Bigfoot used to go to everyone, not anymore I guess.

Just found this on the Bigfoot site. Must be some things going on between them. Got to do more digging.

    • #34 What is going on between BIGFOOT and Clear Channel/Monster Jam/SFX/PACE/Live Nation Motor Sports?

Clear Channel Entertainment owns Monster Jam, Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, PACE, SFX, USA Motorsports, MEG, Live Nation and other entities, including many other monster trucks that run in it's events.

i prob still have this pic autographed by Bob somewhere

they came through Fort Worth in the early 80's

it was awesome that they climbed up on 2 CARS!!! everyone was going ape shit!

they did a demo at a tractor pull
the "original" tractor pulls, where they used actual tractors. they had to hook up big snorkels to the exhaust pipe indoors because there was so much

    earlier than this
