What gauge wire for my amp ?

you seem to be trashing threads. Not very mature, imo. Why not tone it down and let this forum get started on the right foot?

 

4 gauge works good not to thin and not to big in the middle only if ur running extra bats. and more altenators and big equipment well yes go 1/0 gauge but 4 is good what are u running ???

To choose a power wire you need to know how much power the amp will be making. The more power the amp makes the thicker the gauge (lower number) the amp will require. So the real question here is what amp are you running and how much power does it make?

 

Correct. Current draw of the amps is the important factor here.
