The 4wd indicator light on my truck is flashing when I turn my truck on. I crawled underneath my truck and the hose on the actuator is off well the nipple that the hose slides onto is broke. How do I fix this ?

Oh Crap, thats a breather, If your 4wd is flashing you probably ingested dirt and water in there.
Look at the junkyards because i am pretty sure toyota does not sell just a cap. You can try JB welding but more than likely it will not last.
If all above fails you looking at new actuator which sucks because it costs fortune.

Yeah, pull that thing off. Clean broken area with alcohol and try JB weld. When you removing that plastic nipple from rubber hose be careful not to damage more.
After JB Weld, I would suggestion making extension with silicone hose that is the same diameter, looped before going into rubber hose. Silicone is softer so less likely to destroy JB weld.
On the you can see if you can tap it with something like grease gun nipple and use that as breather connection.
Otherwise, it's going to be ha d to follow find just that plastic cap.
