He probably just eats a lot of steak...we've got a guy that uses that excuse. He does about 2 cycles a year and jumps from about 170 to 210 and then just quits working out when he's done with the cycle and shrinks back down. He's an idiot

A lot of the oral stuff was legal until Dec 2014. Congress passed a law prohibiting manufacturers from creating new compounds that weren't previously banned. Basically now, all anabolics are completely illegal.

    here is a full explanation

Anything you see now in the U.S. that claims to be anabolic is complete BS.

I find that there are so many young kids on various forms of "anabolic's " at my gym. Its quite disgusting actually, I HATE how people want a quick fix instead of putting in hard work and dedication to achieve their goals. Sure it may take 3x as long but its 100% and stays

Agreed. We've got the same kids who know next to nothing about lifting who want overnight results. Their results come and go though lol

If I do a cycle again, I'd eat differently.... That's it. Probably twice as much as I ate on my last one....a lot more carbs and beef.

I ate like a horse last time I did it and gained 26 lbs in 30 days haha. I ended up keeping about 15 of it, too. That was a few years ago, though.

MY problem with anabolic is , everyone thinks they know everything because timmy told them so or because the internet said so. Problem1

Problem2 is the aspect that unless you have been close or are close to your genetic plateau its not your time yet. It basically means that you still have some work to do.

problem3, Training on anabolics is different than training natural. Your sets, reps and type of training generally changes.... so again unless you know what your doing, even just in this department your shorting yourself by 40%.

Problem4, people don't know how to eat, their gains are mostly water, and fat. Their strength gains are based on the increase hormones but as soon as that drops it all drops by a large margin.

    _____________________________________________

I have staid clean, neutral through all the years of training and sports where my friends n people surrounding me have not. Out of the masses( id say over 200 people ) I'm in better str, health and conditioning than all of them. Today (-squat) I'm stronger than all of them at their peak on juice and its all mine, its not going away.

I just don't see it unless your going to compete in a sport where its allowed or there is some form of a rehab driven aspect

I agree that anyone who decides to venture down that path should know 100% what they're doing so that they don't mess up their hormones or hurt themselves.

I also agree that a person should be genetically "maxed out" before venturing down that path

Lastly, I agree about the food thing.

I have lots of friends who do it and some do it right and some do it wrong. I've never gone past orals, but, even with that, I did my research. A lot of people use it for a shortcut so that they don't have to put in the hard work and that's stupid. The people who do it and don't know what they're doing usually screw up by doing it too long, having a shitty PCT, not training correctly, or (most popular) their diet sucks. What they don't understand is that, when they come off, their body wants to go back to its old pre-juiced self, so you've got to eat correctly in order to sustain all that new muscle at lower-than-normal hormone levels, which is extremely difficult and is why a proper PCT and diet are key. When tasked with that, most people will just stop working out because of lack of motivation or get back on, which leads to really fucked up hormones and permanent reproduction damage. No one should touch the stuff unless they know exactly what/how long to run it, what PCT to run, how to eat on and off-cycle, how to train correctly, etc...all while making sure they've maxed out their natty potential and that they're at the right age, etc. I'd say 70-80% of the people on it have no business on it. I have so many examples of friends screwing it up: 1 stayed on cycle for like 6 months and now his wife can't get pregnant, one who does 2 3-month cycles per year and just quits working out the other 6 months out of the year, and one who ended up with gynocomastia (bitch tits) and had to have a $4k surgery because he didn't PCT properly.

I do disagree, however, about only doing if for rehab/competing purposes. I think, if someone wants that extra edge to look better/get stronger, they should do it, PROVIDED they know 110% what they're doing. But, it is illegal, so my advice is for no one to do it, anyway :D

You can't agree w point 2 and disagree with the last point zach.

Bottom line, Anabolics shoukd not be used for a quick fix. If your in for a quick fix, you will most likely 99% be lacking in all the above mentioned. But, at the end of the day, it's just my opinion and the marginal gains are not worth the long term pay off otherwise stated.

Sure, I can. I agree that one shouldn't take AAS unless they're at their natural peak and I disagree that it should only be limited to professional bodybuilders; that's like saying only professional race car drivers should be allowed to have turbo chargers or that only military personnel should be allowed to own assault rifles.

I'm not saying that everyone that wants to be on it should start pinning: there's certain criteria that needs to be met (which we covered above) before someone starts pinning, but sadly it rarely is and idiots get on it and screw up their bodies. I think if someone is informed about it and has everything else in check, they should take that next step, if they feel inclined to do so. If not, then don't.

I agree completely that people shouldn't use it as a quick fix; it should only be used by people with all the knowledge they need to stay safe, as well as the physique to warrant it.

Not saying it should be limited at Bodybuilding,
I just think that people use it for the wrong reasons,

There is a saying, if you cant gain weight or get stronger natural,
you don't have your SH!t together.

    Anyways, lets move on
