I'm wondering if a pinch of JB Weld would work since I don't have a welder.

It might work for a while but I wouldn't trust my life with it lol. Might be worth a try.. If you remove it and take it to a muffler shop or something they would probably tac weld it for a couple bucks though.

Ordered inner and outer tie rods today. From Toyota. [IMG]
Damn things didn't make it a year. Rack seems fine though, no leaks and no play in the shaft, yet.

Installed some king coilovers the front floats like a cloud now. Got a bit of the bro lean at the moment. Will repack the leafs and install some new rear shocks next week. Cant decide if ome nitrochargers or just go all out and put kings on the rear.

The power steering pump was warrantied out.

Got my AC belt back on.

Put the used (70,000 miles) fan bracket assembly on.

    Oil change.

Now I have a bit of seepage from my head gasket and the steering rack is seeping too. The latter might be able to be warrantied out.

That's a good question. The outer tie rods are actually fine, they are Moog, just getting spares. OEM from Toyota was only $55.00 each.
The inner ones are shot, lots of in and out play. Those bastards were pricey at $155.00 each, but they seem to play an important roll in accident prevention, as well as alignment, so I figured best to go back with original. I'll have to call my mechanic tomorrow and see what brand of rack he used when he replaced it a year ago. The rack itself seems fine so far.

My truck normally idles between 600-700 rpms when fully warmed up (3.4) but for the past few weeks it doesn't drop rpms that low.
No matter how long it idles it wont drop much below 1000 rpm, whats wrong with it? No engine codes

Mine was doing the exact same thing. Ended up being a bad throttle position sensor.
