    Today washed, waxed and sunburned.

Tomorrow, go to Seawings to pick up my OME kit from Wheelers.

    Saturday/Sunday install.

Installed a trd exhaust. Bought it used with about 2000 miles on it. First impressions are that its kind of loud lower than 40mph. Which i dont mind, but im sure the gf will say otherwise.

Is 2000 miles past the break in period?

Overall i like it. Looks and sounds great.

Did quite a few little things.

    • Aero 2525xl exhaust installed.

    • Removed and painted over rust spots on the undercarriage.
    • Oil change (thank you fumoto for the dripless change!)
    • Installed LEDs for the interior and license plate lights (I realized one is red so I exchanged it).
    • Removed bed bolts, cleaned off the rust/gunk, added anti-seize, and painted them black.
    • Gave her a scrub and a wax.
    • Then I took the Bianchi downtown to cool off at Clear Creek.

    Whole lotta stuff
Washed all that dirt and grime off the Taco this evening. Can't get over how nice it shines!

What I did: washed, spot waxed, and rainx'd my windows. What I learned: Meguires spray is about as useful as quick-detailer.

Edit: Now apparently, It's supposed to rain tomorrow.

Yeah, I was a little worried the closer to the cab I got. One was pretty difficult to get loose. I was hoping they would all come out. I'm glad I had the stuff around to coat the threads.

I just installed mine two weeks ago. Super easy to install and they work great. Love them!

That looks good! You have any issues with the clamp that holds the ABS wire?

Installed my All-Pro Sliders last night. Started at 6 after work and finished at 11. They went on nicely, the only time consuming thing was drilling all the holes, which I HIGHLY recommend using the center unibit shown in the picture below (the standard ones, not metric as shown). The step on the unibit is tall enough to get through the thickness of the frame.

I also put on my geek stickers

Also, I would like to wish everyone a Happy National Donut Day!

I buffed it with a high speed Porter Cable D/A Polisher, Pinnacle XMT #4 buffing compound with an orange Lake County buffing pad. Followed up w/ fine swirl remover and yellow Lake County buffing pad. I will caution you that #4 compound is relatively abrasive & takes some experience to correct your paint, rather than adding more damage to it. A great resource for professional grade detailing supplies is Autogeek.net. The polishing compounds I used are from that site and I use the "Pinnacle"line. If you want to find something locally, look in detail section of Wal-Mart, etc for Meguiar's Polishing compound. For really scratched, swirled & oxidized paint you absolutely have to use an electric polisher. Trying to compound & buff paint w/ just elbow grease won't get the results you want. Hope this helps.
