I just lifted with the 3" OME and the stock tire height of 265/65/17 doesnt bother me that much.. I have my procomp 7089s sitting in the garage right now and just ordered 265/70/17 Terra Grapplers for 460 shipped from DTD... My question is.. did I go to small?

My biggest thing for not going 285 was gas mileage and price of the tires.. I am 95% street and 5% farm land/woods.

I think I made the right choice, but anybody out there lifted with 265/70/17s.

For the price of the tires, I couldnt beat it.

I didnt want the 285s either I went with 275/70/16s I like em but I allway 2nd guess myself when I see someone with 285s
PS When I looked at the tire size calc yout tires are only a half inch smaller then mine and you have a larger rim I think they will be fine.

    And with some 255/75/17's (they're 32.1")

IMO they both look ok, but next time I get tires Im gonna go all out and stuff some 295/70/17s just because I like the look of larger tires. Hopefully I dont completely kill my MPGs

I don't think you went to small. That is exactly what I plan on doing mostly because I don't want any rubbing or have to worry about cutting up a new truck. Post some pictures when you get a chance.
