I am down in Kansas City all this past week and I just happened to run into a coworker at the gym that we used to work out at when we were in training. Haven't seen him in probably 18 months. He was amazed at the progress I have made and at one point he even asked if I had run a cycle in that time. :D

Hard work and a clean diet DO pay off in the long run haha. It was quite the boost of confidence.

Leg day this morning. I think it's finally time for a cheat meal…it's been 2 weeks. I think I'm going with chicken tenders tossed in mild with my fries tossed in mild, as well  #don'tjudgeme

Also, I got a 2-year subscription to M&F for $30 from discountmags.com. I've bought 3 issues already @ $6 apiece, so I feel like it's a good investment. I really like reading them for new ideas and to kill time on the shitter. The latest one with Arnold on the cover has a really good 'Q&A' with Franco Columbo. Dude is a beast. There's also a really good article on Arnold. It's worth a read.

Doesn't get any cooler than that:

I agree, but once you hit your genetic limits, there isn't much else that can be done without "help." I don't ever plan on doing it, but I have friends who do and they can actually validate using it because they busted ass and hit their natural limit and stopped progressing an acceptable rate, so they started juicing to get that extra boost.

Like with most things, there are more people that use it for the wrong reasons than for the right ones, though.

Yeah, but why stop in the minors when you can jump straight to the big-leagues? :stirthepot:

Good call..BK or Wendy's for me, McDick's not so much except the Chicken Mcnuggets. Yikes, when I was fatter I used to down 3 McDoubles and 3 McChicken sandwiches and a huge order of fries.

Thanks for sharing man, good read..

I tell this to my wife all the time. She swore taking protein supps and a fat burner was hocus pocus last year when I plateaued on my weight loss..."you gotta do the work!!" once she saw me getting results on them, she wanted to do it..did a few weeks on the treadmill and stopped, but still wants to keep on em, for some reason it's different for her to be lazy *rolls eyes*

What are you guys' thoughts on testosterone supps/boosters? I got a 14 day course at GNC..forget the name off my skull. Haven't tried it yet though..and if it's a yes, anything I need to know while on/off them?
