I don't think it could be the center support either cause when mine went bad on my other truck it would only show bad vibes around 15-35 mph and then go away after that

So quick question maybe someone can explain this better to me
I have to run some sort of a spacer on my front hubs so my wheels dont rub my calipers
Now my question is i have a 1" spacer now but was looking at something smaller such as a 1/4" or maybe even 1/8" slip on type
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1433698906.850119.jpg
    Something like this
Now ive read people avoid spacers like this like the plague my question is how are these more unsafe than something like this
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1433698979.563665.jpg
I figured the smaller a spacer is the better off you are especially one that doesnt have a second set of lugs instead of just using factory lugs

Also i have manual hubs so there is no hub centric anything for my hubs so a hubcentric spacer isnt an option if thatd make any difference

I got a 48 gal action packer yesterday, free. Handle was shot, so I took one off my 8 gal (will order a new handle from rubbermaid soon). It cleaned up nicely, plan to paint the top to prevent any more sun damage.

Need some suggestions, I want to secure to the truck for everyday storage, but still be able to pull it out easily for hauling bigger stuff. It needs to stay a few inches away from my bed bar to allow it to open fully. What do you think would be the best way to do this?

    Will add pics soon.

Do NOT run the shim type spacers without extending your lugs. The stock front lugs are stupid short as it is.

So granted i get extended lugs is there any other reason to not use them?

Take it from me ('99) that's not going to fix your full flex rub, you're just going to get into the fender. get longer bump stops, trim, and if you have the same issue as me, axle relocation blocks for the rear. $.02

The 98-00 typically have locking ones so you just swap it

I rekeyed mine all i did was take apart the lock and kept rearranging the pins untill my key worked the lock
    Took maybe an hour
Also i snagged the lock out of another fuel door so i had extra pins to make sure i had enough for my lock to be keyed to my key

Replaced lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rods. Passenger side wasn't too bad but both driver side ball joint and outer tie rod boots were ripped. Overall it went a lot smoother than expected.image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg image.jpg
