Sometimes I see other Tacos with the LB and think man... that looks good. I love my DCSB but if I could go back would have definitely got the LB.

Not me. I got the bed extender for when I need that extra foot.

They do look good, the ride is probably a bit smoother too, but I lwanted the shorter wheelbase for off-roading. No regrets.

Traded my 07 DCSB for a 15 Access cab, cause Toyota won't make a DCLB 6 speed! :frusty:

Bro in law has an 05 DCLB all blacked out, always pissed me off when I'd park my SB next to it at my folks house

I wanted a SB until a LB in black sand pearl popped up, I was sold right away, haven't looked back since and that extra foot has helped immensely.

Yes the shorter wheelbase would be nicer for some offroad conditions, but I use the extra foot of bed space, probably 20:1 against me wishing it was a little shorter.

My only regret when buying my truck. I think the DCLB have the right proportions; especially for 17" wheels. DCSB seems more like a boy's truck, not a DAD truck.

I wish I boughta DCLB every day I walk outside and see mine. Everyday is a regret.

    /troll

No but seriously I have found a highly negligible difference in offroading, then again I use mine more as a high speed baja tunner more then a crawler. Things are boring when going slow so the SB LB foot in difference deal doesn't affect me whatsoever.

Bought my LB three months ago and so glad I did. My opinion is the SB looks more stylish but the LB is much more practical for me...I often haul dirt bikes, quad, lumber etc...

I had my choice standing in the dealership and went with the short bed and I'm happy. Some of my friends have trailers for those days that I have to haul long items.

I had a 09 DCLB and loved it as well. Now with my DCSB I can tell my family and friend sorry my truck bed is too short can't help you move that washer and dryer

Sometimes I wish I would have gotten the short bed, but as soon as I do, I need to haul something that the long bed is perfect for.

Yup, except stupid me didn't think about it until after I bought the truck and brought it home.
