    TReadsmills are great, but in a different context. We call it pushing the treadmill, which simulates pulling a sled or pushing a sled. don't turn it on or set a speed, spin the track around by force of driving your legs to turn the belt

    To raise your blood serum free testosterone naturally is a tricky beast.... Manipulation your HPTA is complicated and unless you truly understand there is no point.

    Take D-aspartic acid for example(just one of a few), it has been shown to increase testosterone but also results in increased aromatization resulting in increased estrogen( can cause other down stream problems )

    Now, if one was per say to take all the building blocks and additional co-factors to ensure you have adequate resources for increased hormone production, you can be well off.... but then you need to solve the issue of increased estrogen or loosing your increased test to the conversion into estrogen. The goal is ultimately to increase your plasma free test, which can be achieved via an anti estrogen but then again this poses some other issues. Weight lifters and people trying to gain mass and size still need estrogen to achieve the aforementioned goal. So how much of an anti-estrogen and which one would be a tricky to determine. Anti estrogens also impact your lipid profiles and a few other critical factors

    If you can figure all the above mentioned aspects out you can most likely increase your plasma free test by almost 100%.... without much side effects.

    As I'm not an endocrinologist, i cant put out a specific formulation that will work but my take on general test boosters is, its a waste of money.

    Take your ZMA at night, get a good sleep and eat healthy and you should be on your way

    Just to be clear, that wasn't really a picture of me on the previous page lol

    That's why I had to cut that shit out…when I drank, I didn't eat at all. Then at night, I'd pig out. Then, the next day, I'd eat like crap. (Although I did have 2-3 vodka and cranberry juices yesterday…my tolerance is so low now haha)

    Test-boosters are a joke. To me, anything outside of creatine, protein, and a pre-workout are a joke. Sure, shit like BCAA's and glutamine do something for you, but I don't think it's worth the extra money for the little benefit you get (although, I do take a multi and fish oil) I use Orange Triad multi's, which also have digestion and joint support, so even if I'm pissing out the vitamins, I like to think I'm at least getting something out of it. And for fish oils, the jury is still out them, but they're cheap, so I use them.

    Test-boosters, deer antler velvet, etc. are all scams. If you want a test booster, go find the guy in the gym locker room wearing a fanny pack…he'll hook you up haha

    I figured it probably wasn't worth it unless maybe I had low T to start with..which I don't.

    I take fish oil, super B, D3, and a multi. The fish oil helps with my cholesterol level so at least I get that out of it..and as you mentioned they aren't much $. I usually just hit up Walmart or similar stores for those.

    The Orange Triads though, you got my attention a bit with the joint support part. Do those contain glucosamine?

    Yeah, IMO they're the best multi on the market because of the joint and digestion support. AnimalPak is good, too, but they're expensive and are just a multi, with no joint/digestion support

    Aaron, you'll be proud: I swapped out my fiber bar with chocolate pop tarts. Also, I got sick of beans, so I got strawberry banana naked juice; that shit's packed with fruit :thumbsup: most people probably think it's crazy, but I prefer to get my fruits and vegetables in liquid form. I'm not a big fan of them, so just being able to gulp them down helps #carnivoreprobs

    Well today did some close grip sets and stopped going up at 385 for a single,
    My close grip is 3-4 fingers narrower than normal

    after that, dropped down in weight and went fail reps 4 inches wider than regular grip
