That arb compressor will struggle very much to run air tools. Even with a 5 gal tank you'd barely be able to run them.

On another note. After about 5 days of fabricating. It's officially my new bed rack design is going to work. I am so stoked. It is going to be very handy. Also extremely different. Can't believe the work it's taken though. Paying off though!

 

Shit I almost bought just a northerntool supply air tool kit that has like 5 tools in a nice kit for 200 last year. I haz co2 so not worried about efficiency ha


I won't lie. It's pretty cool. Still a long ways to go. It's also super expensive sadly...but will be worth it on many fronts. Sacrificing some others though.

Ben are you in my brain? I've been eyeing stuff to put together an OBA system since Mike let me fill up my tires with his. My friend is about to sell his old F350 and I'm trying to get him to separate his OBA from it so I can buy it. I got a BlueSea box too but my apartment management got on me for working under the hood, they don't like us working on our vehicles.

 

If all of my stuff comes in time that'd be awesome. I'm headed to the west side on Sunday though, so I think Friday is the only day that'd work, I have finals the rest of this week. Hopefully it is all in by then. What are you using to hold your fuse block and breaker?

Yeah, I'll be back working at Home Depot. Lots o' fun, I still think it's sorta weird we don't get employee discounts at HD though, I buy plenty of parts and tools there. We get discounts at restaurants and stuff like that. I will be able to come over here whenever work allows or I request it but I'll be living over there until mid September.

 

Ash is being a real turd lately. He broke out of the outdoor kennel I got him yesterday. I have to return the pieces that aren't damage and exchange them for the heavy duty one that he hopefully won't be able to get out of.

He some how got out of it the day he ran away. I don't think he would do it again but I don't want to take the chance. Plus, this will keep the yard nice and he won't have the chance to dig up the plants

Hey Monte, my coworker said if you still wanted to sell you rack, he would probably be interested. He'd be willing to come get it, just kinda wanted to know what you might want for it first

 

Kinda, I got a 5'x5' kennel, which doesn't seem like much but it is enough for his travel kennel and room for him to move around. If this contains him then I will buy more panels and make it 10' long and that will be plenty. I go home at lunch to let him out and then wake up early to play ball. It sucks but its better than getting a call about my dog getting hit by a truck. My roommate will work from home all next week and then her dog will be here finally too. Then come school I will have 2 people that will be able to let him out and what not.

 

Also, I think I have a bad u joint. The truck is making a very audible clunking sound between 20-30 mph. Only when cruising.

Clunk could be many things. When your accelerating? Clutch in? Braking?

Yea man I am waiting to make sure the new one works. It's very complicated compared to....well any bed rack. If it works I'll sell it for sure. I'll know in a few weeks probably.
