    Hey yo!

I'm just going to have to experiment with it. First time raised bed grower. First time with drip irrigation. So I'll start with certain amount of minutes per day, take notes and check the soil/plants. And then go from there.

Go get a home Depot 5 gallon bucket, put the drip in it and turn it on to the pressure you will run it, see how long it takes to fill that wya you can see what to expect over given amount of time

The perforated 1/4" drip line we use at work is called Agrifim in a 6" spacing. Each perforation has about .6 gph flow rate. When connected to a 3/4" poly line, you can run about 15' or so on a single run before you run out of water. You can increase the overall length of the run if you loop it back to the 3/4" main drip line(connected at both ends). If not connected to the 3/4" line at both ends, keep your 1/4" run less than 15' and plug the end with a .5 gph emitter (it's the blue emitter if using rain bird brand). Just make sure your connection at the 3/4" line is not regulated, and is free flowing.

Matt if this doesn't fix your body mount rubbing, I'm not sure what will

    Thanks.

That's the exact drip line I ran and I ran about 45' of it in each of my 4x8 beds and about 32' in my 4x4 bed. I did loop it back into the 3/4" main drip line creating a closed circuit.

I know there are pressure reducers at the valves in the manifold. I believe they reduce the pressure down to 25 psi.

I'll just have to experiment with this as it's my first time ever using drip lines. Right now I have it set to run for 10 mins each day at 6am. I have no idea if that's enough, too much, etc.

As long as you can still operate the pedals, and everything seals up correctly, then this seem like the ultimate solution.

truck is in the shop having the AC checked out...would probably just tough it out if I wasn't about to head to Houston for a couple months

never realized how much I like driving the truck until I drove the Mountaineer I'm borrowing. Definitely has more power but the handling is way sloppier
