Above is my AR30 chambered in .338 LM. Below is a video that someone at the range took looking through a spotting scope at the target. Shooting distance from me to the target was 1000 yds. If you watch near the number boards you can see the vapor trail of the round going down range. Make sure the video quality is up, and watch around the number 19 board

Finally had time to go to the rang and put some rounds down the pipe of the 460 and the suppressor. Wish ammo wasn't so expensive. image.jpgimage.jpg

That's pretty slick. Not traditional scrollwork but it fits the rifle very well.

I love the way the arrow heads have flint chips on them. She did it for her husband.... What? She had to submit a sample of her work to Shiloh before they would work with her. No troubles after that.

I really hate you right now

I really want a double gun, i was originally thinking 458 win mag or 450 nitro. But then again 458 Lott sounds good as does 416 rigby.

Who made yours? Is it a Clark custom?

Not mine, one of my hunting buddies bought the one pictured (a Chapuis) and a Searcy I believe, for his brother to take to Africa. I was just lucky enough to get to play with it while I was there.

Edited to add, the 470 NE wasn't bad at all to shoot, if I were to drop that kind of money on a double I would most likely go 470 NE

If your interested in buying one (which I am eventually), Clark custom guns starts double rifles at 5000, and from what I've seen in the double rifle game that's the cheapest you'll find without going the russian imported ones that come in 45-70 and 30-06. Clark makes them off CZ shotgun frames.

I'm seriously toying with the idea of getting one in a nitro express caliber then trying to talk them into making me a howda pistol in .454 cassull or .460 S&W with a 10 or 12" barrel to go with it
