    Just got back from the gym. LOVE going in the mornings when I can make myself get out of bed. A little more rushed for time, but super sets help.

    Leg day:
    Squats 5x5, then 3 sets of singles

    Superset
    Leg press: 3x10
    Leg extension: 3x10

    Tri-set
    Walking weighted lunges: 3x8 (each leg)
    Hamstring curls 3x10
    Calf raises: 3x15

    Lunges with hamstring curls almost killed me. Shouldn't be able to walk by the end of the day.

    I did legs today as well. First day back from vacation and first leg day in two weeks. Strength loss wasn't really noticeable, but I was tired as shit.

    Kneeling Single leg Hamstring curls 15,12,10,12,15
    Leg Extensions 12,10,8,10,12
    Front Squats 4x10 @185
    Smith Machine Calf raises 30x4
    Barbell Lunges 3x8 each leg

    Tomorrow is gunna suck.

    Orange triad looks good, might try that when I need more multi's.

    You have to be careful with your fruit and vegetable juices though. They may contain so many fruits and vegetables, all the sugars included, but they dont have any of the fiber to slow down the digestion of it. They give you a huge insulin spike and the body just starts storing it as fat. From what I understand it is not much different than drinking soda.Screenshot_2015-03-26-20-48-59.jpg

    Oh geez, now drinking fruit juice is bad. Look at the fiber content in naked juice boosted (blue machine).

    Drinking fruit juice as bad as drinking soda? Dear lord....what's this world coming to.

    Calories in vs calories out. You can lose weight eating bacon and pizza everyday if you're still below maintenance at the end of the day

    I didn't say that, I said you have you be careful. Some are better than others.

    There are a few factors playing into it but getting high sugar content without the fiber to slow down the digestion can cause an increase in fat storage, similar to soda. And that's all beside the fact that heat treatment of these products can destroy the micronutrient profile (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants).

    First 5am wake up in like two weeks! Feels great but man was it hard to get out of bed haha. Took the pup for a short walk/play ball. Just got to the gym. 20 minutes incline walk on the treadmill and then some squats and deads. 45lb, 5 mile hike tonight.

    If I'm drinking to get drunk, it's either Bud Light, Natty Light, or Michelob Ultra for me. If I just want a beer with a meal or something, I like something a little better (Sweetwater, Sam Adams, etc.) I'm gonna try to stick with water today though. I'm also downing a shake before I go in to keep from getting a hotdog or a funnel cake lol
