    LR's are more than sufficient. I do some dumb shit and I havent broken mine. They got my alignment on point and my balljoints are somehow still in good shape. With an OME setup you are not going to need/want uniballs, and the more expensive A-arms are just overkill. Its not a mid- or long-travel kit. The guy you mentioned prob had tire issues. KM2's are a mud tire. Mud tires ride like shit on asphault and some of em are REAL fuckin hard to balance.

    A lot of the bad rep that LR get is due to the old design they used to have. They have redesigned the whole arm and the bushing.

    I have had mine for a little bit with no problems.

    Sorry, been fishing all weekend. Like a couple other guys said, the bad rep was because of the older design. I haven't heard anything bad about the new design SPC has. I'm really pleased with mine so far but obviously it doesn't hurt to step up in quality if you can afford it!

    Yeah I'm going to look at camburg or either icon (heard they was just as good as TC) if I can get them a little cheaper than icon has them displayed for on their website....

    I'm planning to install my Ome lift this weekend. I have a 4x4 AC with arb bumper"no winch". I bought 885x springs and 3/8 in spacer. My goal is to achieve 2 to 2 1/2 inches of lift in the front over the estimated 20.5" stock hieght(currently sitting at 19.5).. Does this sound about right?

    Shouldn't need the spacer unless you want a full 3". I got 2.5" with the setup you mentioned but I've got about 210lbs extra weight and a double cab.

    I believe the wheelers sight said 1.75" of front lift with out any plate bumper..

    Ok, I figured the 3/8" spacer would yield about 1/2" also. perfection would be 2.5" of lift and no more. I realize its hard to get that exactly right..

    Jakob, this is actually your best option. I have 886s with no spacers with ~130lbs hanging off the front end and full skids and have about 2.5" of lift.

    Through my research on this site It seems people with just plate bumpers feel the 886 are far to stiff. I really want to keep a smooth ride but still want to gain a few inches of lift in the front that's why I went with the 885's.
