While not in the foreground, my truck, and @LoadedTaco are seen in the back, on jack stands. Mark had just escaped Diff Row prior to the pic.

I did sir. They came with flapper wheels that wasn't part of the deal but just the same I'll try them all out. Thanks for replacing what may or may not have been a bunk set disks.

Our group was towing a FJ Cruiser off of Steel Bender. The breakage wasn't that bad though.

The views are just wow! The rock features, that valley, the La Salle Mountains. It is one of my favorites. I ran it a couple times over 10 years ago, forgot about the beauty and the challenge. I also went by the book this year and found I was short cutting the trail by a lot. I was taking Flats Pass and missing most of the back loop, still did the wall and the fall. It is a solid 6 to 7 hour trail with 3 trucks.

I treat others I expect to be treated. I would hope that is a trend with everyone I wheel with.

It sounds like you had an experience much different from my own in regards to wheeling with TW members.

I'm sorry you didn't get the support and help you needed.

I wonder if the problem may have been communication more than anything else?
I happened to be in camp (with no cell/wifi service) when @NYCO mentioned that someone needed some help on Hells.
I drove into town where I could get service, found your post on the RT thread, and tried the only way I knew to contact you. (replied to post and pm).
Obviously, we didn't connect and you got help elsewhere, but I guarantee I could have helped and, if needed, rounded up a large posse of great people who would have helped as well.

I didn't hear any TW chatter throughout the week on the Moab ham repeaters, but this is the primary reason I put a setup in my truck. Remote communications.
I wonder if more widespread use of ham in the group would have helped this situation?
