Not always getting TW alerts????

Hey all, since the forum was updated, I have had trouble getting my new posting alerts from subscribed threads. Soon after the forum was updated I went into my profile and checked for any notifications to email me. Soon after I started recieving the email alerts again.

Then a few days ago they stopped again. Anyone have any idea why or experiencing the same problem? And yes, there are threads I subscribe to that have new postings daily so there should always be at least one daily email alert.

I have been out of the loop lately due to some medical issues. Now I'm looking to catch up on some missing mods and upgrades you've all been doing.

 

So everone's getting their update alerts without any problems?

 

Ok, I just got an instant alert while being logged in. Now if I can get the email update alerts.

 

occasionally i dont get an alert from ppl quoting me.

 

My alerts have been spotty at times since the update.

 

Ok, maybe it's just an issue with the updated forum.

 

I think you get alerts initially, but if you don't keep checking the threads the alerts stop. Of course going back into the thread and reading should initiate the alerts again. This applies to watch threads really... any PMs or quotes or likes should always alert you.

Thanks Rippin101 and tcBob! That seems to be it exactly. I'm getting the instant alerts now and I'm sure the daily alerts will be coming once I check the threads.
Like I said, I was oughta the loop due to medical issues when the updated forum started.
