That story and the DUI one are great! haha

I basically stick to this thread, my picture thread, and the funny pics. I browse a few build threads here and there, but I'm not posting or browsing as much as I used too...

    Speaking of posting in here.

I think I posted that I got these 2 pieces in already
    20150607_154527_Richtone(HDR).jpg
    20150607_175905_Richtone(HDR).jpg

Got the back in. We decided to do it as one piece to make it more structurally solid since the back was pretty rickety. Seemed to work, but it was a pain to do...

This side has a bit of a gap, but it will be hidden in the closet.

Randy and some folks went while we were in Iowa. I hope we get a couple trips in July. Good tides lined up with 3 day breaks this year. Hopefully weather cooperates too; it was perfect for them while I was in Iowa ... I should have skipped the wedding and stayed here, but that would have probably cost me.

I am not leaving. Members bragging about saying disrespectful things to get out of jury duty is just wrong. I could go on but you do not need to hear ay rants.

    Camping this weekend?

X2. I assume that Salmon will lunge at you and bite pretty wicked. On this coast we have blue fish that lunge and have razor blades for teeth. The ocean Blues, 20 to 25 lbs are very nasty and losing a finger is possible. Usually the first mate hits the fish with a black jack, end of problem.

    good
some people just don't have a mouth filter these days - everything they think gets out without any censorship. sometimes that's good, most times its bad.

not sure what I'm doing. finally over my allergy attack from last weekend so if I do go out i need to get to a higher (less pollen-y) elevation just to be safe

most of the salmon in AK are so worn out from the journey north and from spawning that you could sit there like :boink: and they wouldn't flinch. silvers/coho are another story. they can be a little feisty are can give any tackle or fly fisherman a good workout. i know people who tie their little kids to the trees/car/atv so that the silvers don't drag them in the water

I think in certain areas they do as part of the subsistence fishing. But every resident can dip net for a certain limit. Its quite the circus.
