I have a set on my parts truck. You just want pics? I really can't get a pic for a couple days, though. Laid up in the hospital for a bit longer.

OK. As soon as I can, or maybe someone else can help before I get a chance.

what is it you are looking for?

the 2wd base models use the 3 leaf leaf springs, that means there are 2 long leaf springs and the big thick main leaf.

the 2wd prerunners and 4wd trucks have 4 leaf leaf springs, that means there are 3 long leaf springs and the big thick main leaf.

the 4 cylinders and the 6 cylinders use the same springs in the rear and only the front struts are different

not really sure what a picture will tell you beyond that

I'm trying to figure out how the rear of my truck is lifted. And I have what appears to be half of a leaf spring. I will post pix when I get back to the truck p

oooohh that's not good but its not uncommon to have a spring break on you as can be seen in this thread. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/broken-leaf-spring.182686/

the spring sits directly on top of the axle pad, if there is a spacer block between the leafs and this pad then that is used for a lift. it is also done but bending the springs with more arch to them so there are different ways lifts can be achieved, also longer drop shackles can be added to add lift.

take pictures of the springs and measure the bolt to bolt spacing for the drop shackle and see how many rows of leafs there are and if there are any numbers stamped on top of the leaf springs.

well can you tell us what you know about what you have for a lift and any other suspension mods you have so we can give you good advice on new leaf spring options?

personally I think your better off with a set of general spring HD leafs to get like a 1"-2" lift over stock and then maybe a drop shackles to get you another 2" of lift and if you need more lift then add a spacer block to get you the rest of the way. I am not a fan of high lift leaf springs because I don't think they give you the best ride because of the heavy curve to them.

First pic is of the side I think is broke. Second pic is off the passenger side that looks good. And third pix is of the shackles on my truck now. As for lift right now. It has some spacers up front. And I'm trying to figure out what it has in the back. I just ordered some bilstein 5100s all around and eibach coils for the front. Just trying to decide what to do with the back

I see nothing in those pictures to indicate its lifted at all, it looks all stock to me so what makes you so sure its lifted?

prerunners (which appears to be what you have) come with the higher sitting stance just like the 4wd have, is that what you are talking about when you say your truck is lifted?

unless you need "lifted" leafs, I would suggest you buy these springs for it: http://www.generalspringkc.com/product_p/90-173hd.htm

the 4wd and 2wd prerunner both use the same springs for both, the heavy duty springs give you 400 lbs extra payload capacity

no matter what springs you buy keep in mind there are 3 different lengths of them depending on the year of your truck so pay close attention to that detail

Well I was assuming it was lifted because it's sitting on 33x12x5 on stock Toyota wheels nothing

There is a big difference between the green 4wd on 33s and my other red 4wd on 31x10.5

That's why I was assuming it is lifted in some way

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg These are stock springs, no lift, with 35's. I can almost drop the tire to slider height, which is pretty damn good for stock springs

Nice truck and flex. Regardless of mine that one spring is still broken so I will be pulling a set of stock leafs off a parts truck. As stated above I ordered 5100s and eibachs for the front. Will shackles do for the back of it, ifdoesn't match height wise to the front?

Yea you should be able to run a longer shackle to level it out. If I was you I'd level the front to match the rear
