    ok so i ordered some speaker mounts for my bdl cab taco 3 weeks ago from taco tunes and havent gotten my order :confused: i know there working on their new web site and thats where i made the order not knowing. i talked to someone about a week ago saying my order was complete then they went awol on me. im new to TW and this is one of my 1st purchases and its now making me nervous. im not trying to say anything bad about *********, hearing good things about them. i just want my order :pout: i just dont want a bad 1st experience as it might make it hard to trust people or vendors.

    im hoping someone from ********* will see this and be able to help me. thank you -Cory

    I purchased speaker mounts from ********* a few years ago. No problems at all, very high quality product, although if I remember correctly it did take a couple of weeks to receive them. Good luck OP.

    Should have searched in the Audio section about *********. Most people don't use them anymore, they use Mr. Marv who is 100% trustworthy. From what I hear you will eventually get your stuff I said eventually. Have you gone their Facebook page and comment on the page about your issue at all. I bought their stuff years ago, to me it was garbage the installer had to trim everything for it to fit with the door skin going back on. Mr. Marv for the win.

    I bought a sub box from them a few months ago. It took nearly a month for them to respond to my emails and calls. When it finally came in it was great quality. I'm sure you'll get your mounts, unfortunately it's just going to take time.

    What do you mean they went AWOL? I sure hope they didnt have any kinda attitude about you inquiring where your stuff is after 2 weeks......

    I got their ported sub box and sub from them a few months ago ($600 bucks) and things went smoothly, though i knew i was rolling the dice because ive heard bad things about them just like what's happening to you.... seems like they work hard when they want to and dont when the dont want to..... Good luck OP hopefully they straighten out cuz id be pissed if i was you

    I've called the number on their site 3 times and left 2 messages. No answers or replys. Sent them multiple emails from different accounts. No reply . kinda bad buissnes in my opinion

    Yeah I'm starting to regret it a little. But see. It's shops like that that make all other look bad. Customers won't trust smaller shops when they have terrible experiences

    And they shouldn't trust them. When you email them more than once and get no response. Cancel the credit card charges and let them eat it.

    Good cancel the order and have the Credit card charges reversed.

    Three weeks is way too long with no communication.

    wow lmfao. well i thought i would be nice and try to contact them one more time. so i emailed them saying i have tried and waited to long for my order, and am now contacting my bank to cancel my order. and literally got a reply from them in the next minute -_-

    Upgrade to double din. As much as I like my stock touch screen head unit. I know there's always room for improvement. Same goes for the stock speakers.
