    Are you guys sure that is a 2005 Tacoma? That is a FULLY BOXED FRAME, something the '05 Tacoma's do not have in their arches if I'm not mistaken.

    If you read the posts that you linked to, he bought it in 2005 but its gotta be a 2004 quad cab. He calls it an 05 but its not. I think the guy is just mixed up on the years.

    I don't recall my frame having those mounts or the brake lines there. They could be custom though. The leafs are definitely aftermarket if that is a taco.

    That looks scary. How do you protect against RUST if you live in humid area. I just shelled 32k on 2010 tacoma TRD and dont want the truck to start rusting by the time Its about paid off.
