    Nothing wrong with wanting a secure load in the bed. Better to play it safe. Not to mention it could get you a ticket or end up seriously hurting someone.

    I definitely would like to get some grip in the bed, but I still feel safer with it strapped down. The wood bracing just let me use two straps instead of 8. That's impressive though
    That nothing slid around. I'd hate one good jerk off camber, and there goes my load out of the truck!

    Added some cheap tie downs today. 1/2 inch pipe hanger fit perfectly. $.39 each. Not much but enough for a bungee to grab on to.

    How do you have any room for tie downs left? What you should really do is buy some dimpled angle iron. Then you have unlimited tie downs
