Danny at Goleta Muffler and Brake does good work if you need resurfacing. Otherise, yes, Logcabinwc is correct, it's a fast, easy job yourself with basic hand tools and jack.

Its pretty easy to do yourself.. maybe a 20 minute job including taking the tires on and off.
Obviously if you need the rotors resurfaced you'll have to take it somewhere

I was in no way saying i would pay someone to change my brakes! I've been able to change brake pads/calipers/rotors since before I could drive. Haha. I was more wondering if there are good/bad pads for these trucks. Now you got me wondering if I could turn my rotors on my lathe at work...:fingerscrossed:

And there's a man who gets it done himself. Now if you'd only get a decent tow hitch like me... :stirthepot:

We could probably do it at my work pretty cheap, if you can't get it done at your work

How many miles you got on the rotors? Probably just better to grab some new rotors from camelback toyota.

Ah gotcha! Very good. I have powerstop, and I am pretty happy with them, no complaints!

I've heard a few people reference camelback Toyota recently. Isn't it just a dealer in Arizona? Why not get parts from a local dealership?

OEM rotors n pads for my moms 07 runner shipped were cheaper by quite a bit compared to any dealer around

Can anyone recommend a good local shop or someone who can fix driveline angle issues?

This may be a dumb question but, have you tried measuring your angles and trying to fix it yourself?

Is it a driveline issue or CB issue?

I have not measured them myself yet and am pretty pressed for time to get this done. I've watched a few videos on how to measure things correctly but, just still not certain that I'm understanding it completely. I don't have the tool(s) to measure the angles either. So, I just figured if I farmed this out and tried to do the other stuff myself, I just might have a chance at getting my truck ready for my trip next week.

The vibration is there with or without the OME Cartier Bearing drop installed so, I'm under the impression that it's a driveline thing. Maybe an axle shim and/or carrier bearing drop might fix the issue but...I'm still uncertain.

Gotcha, was just asking because there's a beefed taco carrier bearing drop for sale, when I had my second gen it eliminated my vibes. 3" all pro leafs

If you've tried all the normal stuff like inspecting/replacing the u-joints and carrier bearing i would give the beefed taco drop a shot or just measure your angles with this Maybe try adjusting height with washers to lower the bearing? sounds like the angle at the pinion is wrong though
