Why I want an All Pro off road dual swing out rear bumper.

    By Ralphie Parker

Why I want an All-Pro Off Road's '05+ Tacoma Dual Swing Out Rear Bumper is I can get the clearance, strength, and storage I need to be expedition ready! And it not only looks great, it'll give me peace of mind next time I'm out on the trail! It comes with lots of options for the swing out and comes with a compass in the stock and this thing which tells time. I think that everybody should have an All Pro Off Road Dual Swing Out Rear Bumper! They’re very good for Tacoma's. I don’t think that a football is a very good Tacoma present.

You've had way too many posts and way to much time to come up with these. I think you don't do any wheeling and just Photoshop all day and therefore do not need the bumper :D

Let's see why do I need this bumper?! Well that's simple. All-pro makes a solid, quality, top notch product! Not to mention it looks amazing! I plan to outfit my brand new 2015 DCSB with all of All-Pros armor! Truly is some of the best on the market! On top of being quality made, I plan to actually use my gear for its intended purpose. I do alot of overlanding and expedition style trips my local area of the pacific northwest and plan to expand! I would count on my rear bumper to protect my vehicle and handle all my storage needs on my travels!

    :fingerscrossed:

    Cheers!

    Dear All Pro Offroad,

I bought a 2015 Tacoma TRD O/R in the begging of December with plans to mod away. the day after Christmas, my now ex wife left to live with her parents.... I am now free to mod away my pain without having to ask permission or stash parts around the house. I have an aluminum APEX front bumper with headlight hoops, APEX sliders and various other items I am purchasing this week, $2,900 worth of AP awesomeness. I also promise to spend the price of the bumper on other needed items for off roading that I need, instead of letting it sit uselessly in a low interest checking account. Countless men in NH, will be jelly of that sick rear bumper. They will then be forced to buy one to make themselves feel better too. If I win said bumper, I will carry a cooler full of delicious craft beer for people to enjoy at (Tacomaworld) trips I plan on attending.

I've recently installed the AllPro APEX series front bumper on my 06 Tacoma. As a result, the center of gravity (CoG) had shifted to the front away from the recommended Toyota specifications. Front heavy CoG condition can cause serious damage due to decrease in moment thus resulting in a nose down attitude. In my experience as a shade tree engineer, the addition of an AllPro Dual Swing Out rear bumper is the only absolute solution to my weight and balance problem. With my truck not having any medical insurance or wife's approval, I do not have the financial resources to correct the issue at this time.

Winning the AllPro Offroad's Affordable Care Act give away will give my truck a chance to see the trails in a level condition. Thank you AllPro Offroad for giving my truck this opportunity!

While I certainly wouldn't be upset if this post somehow wins me that awesome bumper here, my vote is for @tyfoon11 to win it. I've seen him wheel, he needs some armor . Plus I think his post count in this thread says something...

thanks guys! there are definitely many deserving taco's in here... you both included. @BudMan 's rig is awesome and definitely could use it to finish it off - and he's no slouch in the wheeling category either! and @That1guy108 - DCLBFTW.... 'nuff said.

    good luck to everyone!

I feel like no matter who it goes to, everyone who posted is deserving. Either those who have shown a history of wheeling, those who go wheeling but don't post pictures here, and those who are new to it, or want to get into it. Everyone has valid reasons, and it had been very interesting to read everyone's post!

Good luck to everyone, and another big thanks to AllPro Offroad!

As I was driving to work today, I noticed a fella that is also deserving of this bumper. I doubt he is aware of this contest but I wanted to help him put his bumper back on. Wonder what the story is? photo.jpg

Sob story sob story, wife is leaving, taking my son and most funds to modify the truck I just bought. Would be the first real mod I would be able to achieve. (not kidding). End of story.

And I would really appreciate it, it would look fantastic and be put to good use up here in Alaska for the overland style build I have begun templating and will aim to fund in the future.

This bumper is outta my league and would look out of place on my truck as it sits now. I am very surprised that there are only ~200 entries to try and win this sweet piece of engineering. Big shout out to All-Pro for putting on a great giveaway, good luck to all who have entered.

It a far, far better bumper than I have ever expected to own; it is a far, far better peace that my rear-end will know than it has ever known.

Like many of the other applicants I am not be able to afford such a fine bumper. I'm not saying I am poor. I am way below that. Someday if I save my money I may become poor. That would be great. And after that who knows.

We all appreciate your excellent products and your generosity. Thank you for your consideration.

I think this bumper would look sexy as all hell on the back of my truck. Add in the high clearance protection, full size spare carrying capability, and another spot for my jerry cans it would be an excellent addition to my build in progress. Also with the dual swing outs locked into place and a spare tire mounted it would add an extra level of security to the canopy! Having the additional option of the hidden receiver hitch allowing you to maintain the stock towing capacity is a huge plus for me also.

I've heard nothing but good things about All-Pro as far as quality and customer service and will most likely be looking toward your products in the future. Thanks for giving everyone here this opportunity!

    Hey Allpro.

I like to travel the road less travelled. Getting away from the city and spending time exploring and being active keeps me sane. My 06 Tacoma gets me there and is fun every mile along the way.
Even with the additional burden of all my gear (kayak, mountain bike, RTT, roof rack, tool boxes) my truck has never let me down. Over the years I have slowly upgraded the truck to suit my
evolving personal tastes and needs. Improvements such as Allpro Expedition rears, Fox front and
rear suspension, a custom roof rack and tool box, tires & wheels, and LED lighting have dramatically improved the performance and utility of my truck. High on the future mod list is a rear swingout bumper capable of carrying additional fuel to extend my range and a full sized spare.

Alas. I have just bought a house. I couldn't be more excited. Only catch is the house is over one
hundred years old. It is full of all sorts of potential, but it needs new windows, siding, flooring, electrical, and kitchen countertops. All of which cost money. Lots of it!!! Suffice to say any future upgrades to the truck will be put on an indefinite hold, any extra money being reallocated to home improvements.

So I guess you can consider this my late entry for the Allpro rear swing out bumper...

Cheers and thanks for the consideration

    Nathan

I bought my 2013 about a year ago to replace my 2007. This forum is what got me interested in offroading so I saved my pennies to outfit my Tacoma with some much needed armor. Luckily you were having a sale on and I was able to go from stock to bumpers, sliders and skids in one fell swoop. I soon realized that my spare would no longer fit underneath my vehicle, so it has been hogging all the space in my short box ever since. There is no doubt that had this bumper been available when I bought all the other items, I would have gone that route.

What makes my plea for a free bumper different? One of my co workers recently inherited a 2008 Tacoma from his father and he was inquiring about where I got my bumper. His rear bumper has seen a little mishap here and there and is starting rust pretty bad. Should I be the lucky person to win this awesome new bumper, I will pay it forward and give him my existing standard Allpro bumper. This way there are 2 people that get to share in some nice Allpro products.

Props to you guys for even doing a give-away and I am sure the lucky winner will love their new bumper.

My All-Wood bumper is just not cutting it! I could easily give you 101 reasons why I should win but why bore you...Your new bumper would be a sweet addition to my Taco! Whoever wins this bumper is one lucky person. Good luck to all!
