    Ever been in a big preheater? If you have then you know they spin and use baskets as filters. This is a preheater but doesn't spin. So it uses a series of tubes instead in the roof of it. We gotta knock all the rust out of the tubes and then go in and install new tubes. Its a small power plant thats only putting out like 20% of the power it should be.
    So this is an "emergency" job to get this all fixed and running smoothly again. Hence why we are only supposed to be here 10-12 days.
