What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Fabbed up a basic chainsaw mount on my swingout. Then went and found some snow and cut some deadfall.

 

Dude dose it actually work?

I'd still have to remove the oil filter though
I ain't about to take off my skids every oil change so they look like BP got their hands on em

Works great. Bought it at a marine store, hold 6.9 qrts. Just walk into an auto parts store and drain it. Not a drop of oil spilled! I have a couple of friends that barrow it every time they do an oc.

I shove a bunch of shop rages under the oil filter and remove it from the top, then toss the rags. I have 3 small skids, so no shortage of rags.

 

Question for those that have added a trans fluid cooler. On the bottom of the radiator, which side is the return side? Driver or passenger?

Alright so im looking at getting seat covers for my truck
My decision is between
Wet okoles
And smitty built gear covers
Whats the most durable out of the two and what smittybuilt gear covers is everyone running seeing as they make them to fit jeeps, which one is the best fit for our trucks

If you go with the Okles wait for a group buy on here...they happen pretty often and it's a decent discount from what I know.

I'm sure universal fit aren't anywhere near as nice as custom fit, but you also pay for it...if you like the smittybilts, check out coverking tacticals. They're about the same price as the okles so you just have to decide what type of cover you want.

And i work with a construction company right now so what i get back in my truck i have mud and dirt and cement and what not else on me so im looking for something thatll help protect my seat but also be durable enough to take that mainly

 

For the oil pan bolt but not for the oil filter spillage.

 

Gotcha. You might want to buy a cheaper set then because it sounds like you are going to destroy them pretty quick.
