    I would have never even thought of the tire pressure, I'll definitely remember that! I know I build things kinda bomb proof so I'm curious what it may weigh when I'm done. I know it won't be 3500# but I guess we will see.

    I don't exactly build things light either and my trailer is under 1000lbs empty. You'd be building a bomb shelter for a trailer if your design ended up anywhere close to 3500lbs.

    Gotcha, I honestly didn't know how much these trailers weigh exactly. If yours weighs under 1000 then mine won't be much more than yours.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    Yeah mine weighed in at 2100Lbs fully loaded with gear and just under 400 of that is the tent and BBQ! so im sure yours will be much lighter then that! also what Adam said about tire pressure it makes a world of a difference on how they ride.

    Sidenote, so I got to thinking about the rear door it's going to be a side hinge not fold down. I'm thinking of having a fold down table on the rear door. And then having another hinged grille or stove top behind the door, hinged on the other side.

    Like so, if you can imagine what I'm thinking.

    I like it! One of my employees came up with the idea on the flip out rear stove i did and its awesome to have that extra table i was just going to mount it to the door.

    thanks! I love your flip down stove, i won't have as much room as you did so I may have to find a smaller style to work with but I'll worry about that when I get started on the box.

    I say build your own stove! If i didn't already have mine i would of just bought some burners and mounted them the way i wanted.

    If you look at the camf chef stove its just angle and some bent bar stock you can source burners online and build a fully custom one.

    Picked up the steel for the frame today, turns out my uncle who does sheet metal also sells tubing. So I got the family discount :D
