Looks decent, much appreciated. I'll probably give this a whirl.

My understanding is that one really shouldn't do the same lifts every session, plus I'd like to be doing about 40 reps all in all per exercise and right now I'm not doing that with a couple of them.

Plus this would hopefully get me back on some cardio time, I've been slacking on it the past few weeks and really need to shed some pounds.

I'd definitely like some abs and forearm stuff if you don't mind, yes. Much appreciated.

I figure I might try something like this one week and DirtyTerp's idea another week, see what feels better.

I really have to start getting back to cardio too..I'd like to lose about 15 pounds more, damn belly!

True. A lot of people go in and do the same 3-4 lifts every workout for each group. Variety is key. If I do flat bench and svend press on upper-a, I'll do two different exercises on upper-b. Same goes for reps: Don't always do just 10...sometimes you need to go heavy and do lower reps and sometimes you need to go lighter and do higher reps. I usually do a high and low rep day each week.

    Abs:

    decline crunches
    decline upper ab partial crunches
    landmine 180's
    spider crawl
    3/4 situp
    elbow planks
    sledgehammer swings
    bottoms ups
    crossbody crunch
    decline reverse crunch
    hanging leg raise
    hanging leg raise and hold
    hanging knee riase
    Russian twists

    Calves:

    seated calve raises
standing dumbbell or barbell calve raises
    toe raises
    standing one-leg calve raises

    Forearms:

bottoms up clean from hang position
    cable wrist curl
    dumbbell lying pronation
    farmers walk
    finger curls
palms up/down barbell wrist curl over a bench

For calves, forearms, and abs, I like to do circuits. Pick 3-4 exercises and do them back-to-back-to back for 3-4 sets and around 20-30 reps

I remember you saying once to try and do an extra 2-5 reps on the first set, which I've incorporated into most of my routine. I find it helps a lot, worst case I do 2 extra just to get that extra work.

There ya go. You always want that last rep to be the absolute last one you can do without dropping the weight on your head

Ran a 5k today and placed 1st in the 20-29 age group. Girlfriend got third in hers. Not a bad day despite waking up at 6 on a Sunday.
