I know. I just hadn't set up my ramps yet. They were still on the two wheel cart when the picture was taken. Double frame should clear 35" tires pretty easy. I just need to find my pop rivet gun.

On the DS you definitely have fitment issues. The fender is aftermarket, the lights are aftermarket and the apron may be damaged not allowing the fender to bolt up correctly. I can tell from the lack of gap between the hood and the fender, it doesn't match the gap on the PS. My grill and markers didn't line up for shit either, they took some finessing. I blame it on cheap aftermarket shit. They were carelessly reverse engineered. To fix it you will have to trim stuff, apply pressure to areas and hold your tongue just right while bolting/clipping things together. This is something that needs to be seen in person.

Surprising everything has been coming apart easy with an impact. The only thing that gave me trouble was the M5 screws that hold on the plastic fuel neck collar.

Holy shit dude! That's crazy. My frame had a small hole in it, and we welded a new plate in their, but nothing like that! Lol. Sorry, I haven't really been following along that much, but where did you get the new frame at?

It isn't a new frame. It is an '04 that received the dealership rust treatment. I got it about 45 min away from here which is lucky as hell because they are hard to find. This is just a project truck it isn't my regular cab.

I'm interested to hear what differences in the frames you will find. Toyota said they couldn't do frame swaps on the 96-00 because they are different than 01-04. The front bumper mounts are different.

Yup, they are different in the front. The '98-00 have a radii on the end of the frame rail that kind of nests into the lower valence. Where the '01-04 have a flat face on the end. I could trim the '01-04 and weld on the ends from the '98-00 if I wanted to. I will take some pics.

That is low miles. It would be nice if it was a TRD for the sake of parting it out.

I hope he gets what he is asking. That will give me encouragement!

The front passenger fender has been painted, the lower passenger door and fender are crunched, the rear bumper is rusted and dented, the tailgate is chipped, dented and rusty, the center console lid is ripped, the trim on the back window is coming off, the bed is rusty and who knows what it looks like under that seat cover.
