I finally took the plunge today; went to discount and bought this junk. I paid $140 a wheel 17" and $200 bucks a tire... eh, I cut down 6bucks a tire originally was 206. Lug bolts and nuts for free, installation about 55 and lifetime warranty (i destroy tires real good) that was 30 bucks a tire.
Basically 1600 out the door. OUCH!!! whatever, I'm gonna love these badboys. I tried on a 16" 285/75 tire just to see how bad it would rub at the shop, looks like just plastic when turning so I'll just cut it out. I know, on full compression i'll be hitting some frame but I have a plan to remedy that issue!

Of course none of this stuff is in stock right now so its on order, will arrive friday or monday.

The wheels are ATX Artillery teflon, a relatively new wheel from american racing. Tires were recommended by RelentlessTaco (where is that guy!) he randomely suggested them and after researching this tire thoroughly I'm confident that I bought an EXCELLENT premium tire. The Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10 is also relatively new to the market. I've had nitto TG's and BFG A/T's and I think this will be a really different and cool tire to try out.

NO WORRIES: pics freakin galore when I get them... till now this is my teaser

yezzir, billies at 2.5"... however, I just bought a set of second hand 2.5 SAWS that i'll set at 3" They need to be revalved and set to my truck; came off a 4x4 taco at 2" of lift. The guy threw in the sway away sway bar too so no need for relocator brackets. It never ends... then I'm gonna get an AFE intake cause i'm sure these tires will take the power a bit.

dude you've got a rediculous amount of 'lightege' in the front there; bet that comes in handy... i know i sure could use some extra lighting

Ooo yes that's the one I want too; pricey no doubt. You gonna keep the TC UCA's? I'm not sure if they go w/ the Camburg spindle which is like a grand by itself, ouch!...
