Okay Mr. Voodoo either the rear holes are not cut right or something because the holes do not line up at all with the rail

There are two sets of holes in each piece. One is for use with factory side rail caps, one is for use with KB Voodoo side rails caps.

You probably just have to switch to the other holes.

Here is a pic neither line up. And the homes seem higher on the back mount than front mount. And I needed this for vacation in Maine this weekend

On the piece where your left hand is, see that gap between the rack and the side rail? Just tilt that down and it will line right up.

It's designed to impart downpressure on the side rail by tightening the knob, hence the need to tilt it down.

That way everything stays nice and firm.

Once you get everything lined up, and you start to tighten the knob, you'll see the mount "draw down" on the rail cap.

It doesn't fit. I have tilted it, shifted it. It is supposed to sit flat on top of the bed rail. And no matter whati do it's a no go

That's what I've been saying. It won't sit flat on the rail until you start tightening the knob. Once you get the knob threaded into the T-Nut, it will draw down.

OrI have tried it all the fronts went right in. Shouldn't the back mount be drilled the same as the front? Because they are far from the same

The front and back are two different animals, they both do totally different things. You may have to press down a little on the back one as you thread the knob in, but once you start to turn it, it will draw down.

Your not understanding what I'm saying. You have this bottom kick out that goes against the inside bed edge to help with stability. There is no play in that, I just had the past office guy here and he tried it. Said not drilled right. I just moved the front to the back it lined right up and screwed right in.

This is where I am at right now. The Little metal insert that goes in the bed rail is at the top of the channel and it still won't reach it to start securing

From where I'm sitting, I can't figure out what's going on with yours. When I get home from work, I'll put my factory side rail cap back on and see what I can figure out.
