Yes, that's the standard cover for Eezi-Awn Tents.
I use the mats. A common misconception is that if you have a mat you won't get any condensation inside the tent. Condensation will still build up on the tent walls/ceiling but that all usually evaporates very quickly. The main problem is between the floor and mattress. The Tepui mat is very high quality and durable and creates a barrier that allows that moisture under the mattress to evaporate quickly also and keeps the mattress dry and free from developing mildew. All of this help you to have an enjoyable camping experience and avoid a damp mattress and the musty smell of mildew that can develop inside the tent if you don't stay on top of letting your tent air out between uses.

    ^This.

Yes. It's a semi new tent though. Had a Tepui Autana before, moved up to a little bigger tent with the Eezi Awn 1600

    808 ALLDAY!!
I live in Maui, not too worried about mpg's dropping :) plus I use my Honda VFR as a daily commuter to work, truck is pretty much weekend duty and parked in a garage all week out of the elements.

I have never looked at a Access cab. Do they have mounting locations?

Ok, I was just a little confused by the Prisnu product picture because he has mounting locations but I didn't know if he installed them or not (bottom right).
