Gotta do what you gotta do. Promise me this...when you do switch to a new gym, set off the lunk alarm and go out with a bang

lol I sounded the alrm once and flicked them off... they did nothing. I was doing leg press and the asshats didn't have enough weight so I was shuffeling 2 45s in my hand with a 5 (who puts a 5 on the 45 rack?) and I dropped the 5 and sure enough... alarm.

I do hate gym grunters and weight smashers but I think the alarm would send me into a pre-workout-fueled rage... I've never actually been to a planet fitness tho, is the alarm as annoying as it seems?

I am slightly hearing impaired, and it is painful to my ear.... literally.

My school membership ran out a few days ago. Been so busy with work I haven't had much time to go with their hours. I was debating getting a membership elsewhere but its going to be $150 regardless and I don't feel like spending that cash. Gonna start back on body weight and whatever I can do in the garage.

Shit...I'm so glad there are a ton of options in my town. We have a PF, Iron Pit, Anytime, a few local spots, several CF "gyms". I work for the University so there are two awesome facilities I get access to for about $20/month. Just about anything you could want equipment wise. It sucks if you go late when the students are in town because it gets crowded but I go before work @ 6AM and there's only like 10 people max.
