Maybe she won't notice if another truck magically appear in the driveway with a Louis Vuitton speedy 30 handbag in the passenger seat by accident???

Sorry I have 3 sisters and GF so I know a thing or two about handbags :D

This shot makes me wonder if this is the replacement for the 5 lugger. You'd have to think that Toyota would save money by building all the Tacomas with 6 lug wheels. This looks like a base Access Cab. Did the trucks shown in other venues have fender flares?

You joke but that's a thing! It's like 4k but it's a 3 or 4 day process in which this one special shop coats your truck after removing all imperfections under a certain light. All very vague, I know, but I swear I saw it once and never again.

I'm beginning to think the front chrome grill is a decoy. This grill looks way better. You guys are hounds at finding these pics - great job!

Okay, I went back and looked at photos of several different models of the upcoming 3rd generation, and they all have fender flares...either painted body color, or black. If Toyota stays true to form, the Prerunner and 4X4 models will all have fender flares. When you look at the stance of this truck (it appears to sit too low to be a Prerunner or 4X4) with the absence of the flares, it leads me to believe that this is their base model.

That is the most unflattering pic to date of the 3rd gen. Then again the 2nd gen looks like complete crap in base trim as well.
