What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Sounds like water drowning the plugs, the first time I had the issue was when I drifted through big puddles, and since I didn't change the wires I would get the problem whenever I would hose down the engine bay.

 

Thats why I'm leaning towards the xrc gen2 9.5k cuz it oonly weighs 46lbs

 

Where do you live at exactly?

 

Very familiar when you gonna put some new wheels and shoes on your rig? Then yours will look super badass

 

Hopefully around december. I agree, larger tires and black rims would make it look a lot better, really want a larger stance.

 

I had the exact same problem. Sounded like my engine was misfiring and it would shake like crazy until it dried. I replaced the spark plug wires and it fixed it. Probably had a crack in one somewhere.

 

New wheels and tires will give you good stance for sure

I want to do something like this when I install my winch, it there a way to T into the winch Wires and keep it waterproof so I can use the remote and still have the switches in the truck also?

Bout to get an alignment, any specific specs I should ask for? I have boss coil overs and TC UCAs.

 

As much caster as humanly possible.

i had the same problem. Turned out to be water in the plug boots after I washed the engine
