Well my day went great was driving to town pulled out of gas station and heard a pop. didn't think anything bout it till I got driving down the road and Heard some grinding. Got back home to find out the sway bar linkage bolt sheared off, witch in turn let the sway bar fall onto my cv bushing and split it in half.

yeah, the reason I took mine off was because of the interference of the spacers and the 4x4 components

Is her price range of around 1K with or without the price of tires?

you may have to go to a dealership amd make a few measurements......all of us are 4x4's, so the front heights would be differemt amyways.

The front should be about 1" lower than the rear stock.

I would! Spacers aren't bad for 2wd. Especially if she just going for looks. Nothing wrong with them. Should Raise It 3 Inches. Plus it's cheaper and in her bidget. Then she has more money for other stuff
