Alright I recently bought a 2015 DCSB 4x4 and first mod was *drum roll* the front and back Husky Xact floor mats cost me $200 from realtruck.com so I track the package and said it was delivered came home and searched, searched & searched and found nothing and the only thing that was coming out of my mouth was 4 letter words, so I called realtruck.com 10min before closing time and the person that helped me out was awesome initiated the finding process with UPS and explained the whole process which made me stop cursing up a storm. So the whole point to this is don't get anything sent to your house reroute it to a FedEx or UPS store because there are too many fuckers that don't want to work and love to take your shit. Also realtruck.com customer service is badass.

You can also request that a signature must be obtained, that way they don't leave it on your door step.

Depends on where you live, really. That bites man but it'd be impractical if everyone rerouted their packages to the pick up store. Just saying.
    Hopefully they'll send another set!

Well there's so many variables. Druggies in NY may have different taste than say druggies in CA.

Unfortunately it happens too often anymore. I had ordered some aftermarket fog lights for my truck a couple of months ago. Some low life decided to walk up to my porch and walk off with them and another package. Unfortunate for him I had installed a security camera on my porch which recorded a video of him walking up, picking up the packages, and then walking off. When I filed my police report I e-mailed them a copy of the video. Several weeks later I got a call from a detective telling me that they caught the guy. And just a week or so ago I got a small restitution check from the court.

You should get a security system. The FLIR FX looks really interesting.

Doing every time from now on... When purchasing online I've never seen it but do retails offer a signature required option? Or will I have to call the order in.

I think I live in a decent neighborhood but I do live on the main road so everyone and their mama drives past my house. But I think it was delivered so close to Father's Day I bet if I ordered it two weeks from today the mats will be in the truck

Enroll in a UPS My Choice account.. It gives you a few options for redirecting delivery, or choosing to have it delivered on a specific day.

On the down side of having packages held at a UPS store/access point/facility, their computer system seems to have some glitches. I tried having some Icon coilovers sent to my local store, but instead they went across the country because two ups stores have the same access point numbers! Its been two weeks amd they're still in Georgia

Usually when you order it should specify. Ultimately if you can find it you can call the shipping company or retail outlet. Personally if the shipment is over x dollars it should automatically require a signature imo.
