Just found this thread. This is becoming my favorite forum now that I have a Tacoma again. Lol.

I really need to get back in the gym. Some really inflamed tendons in my left wrist have kept me out for about a month. Last week I was able to get a cortisone shot and some anti inflammatory pills and the pain is virtually gone. I'm going to get back into the gym on monday. I can't wait, im getting wayyy too skinny. I took this pic earlier today so I have a starting point. No gym for a month, diet is mostly booze and taco bell.

And you're bitching about your physique

I've been dieting for months and I'm not that lean.

I work as a furniture mover and I fast, so I basically do anywhere from 3-8 hours of fasted cardio 4-5x a week.

I'm actually proud that I can keep what little size I do have. Lol.

That sure helps. Something tells me you're sorta predisposed to be lean though

My work schedule kept me out of the gym for the most part lately...I'm moving to GA July 11thy and will find me a new gym and hammer away...damn hotel gyms have nothing in them.

Once I settle in I can finally cook and train again as usual :bananadance:

Question for you guys...if we put a box in your details section for your workout stats (lifts, body weight, whatever you want to put, etc) and that info only appeared next to your posts in this thread, and no where else on the site, would you be interested in filling in that info?

Intentional, plus it fits my needs I can't really work with a full stomach...no carbs until after I work and workout. I will have eggwhites for my protein sometimes for breakfast, after work and maybe some whey before I lift.. I usually try to get most of my protein from good sources. Carbs and fats I consume after my workout with the rest of my protein. I don't really worry about GI or anything, a carb is a carb in my eyes, it all turns to sugar anyway. That way I can I don't have to eat super super strict and can still maintain some level of conditioning.

Workout days I try to eat 1000g carbs. Simple, complex, whatever. Days I don't workout I pretry much go low carb (50-75g)
